Description

Product Description:Lexicon consists of lettered cards which have a different value. There are three different ways that Lexicon can be played, but all games revolve around making words!Master LexiconThe object is to get rid of your cards as quickly as possible. Players have four choices: 1) Form a complete word 2) Discard one card from their hand, and pick up an unseen card from the pile (this is one turn) 3) Add to an existing word on the table 4) Substitute a letter from a word already on the table for another from his hand. The first person to get rid of all their cards ends the round and the other players count up their scores from the numbers on the cards left in their hands. The first player to reach 100 is out and, by process of elimination, the other players are knocked out one by one, until there is an overall winner.Lexicon RiddanceThe object is to be the first player to get rid of all of your cards in each round, eventually becoming the only player left in the game. Players are dealt 7 cards. The remaining cards are placed face down on a table. The top card is placed face up on the table. The next card is placed face up on the table, and Player 1 must add at least 2 of their cards to it to make it a word. Each player then takes it in turns to make complete words or add words to those already on the table. The first to get rid of all their cards wins the round, and other players count the values of their remaining cards. The first player to reach 100 retires from the game, and the rest continue playing until, by elimination, only one, the winner, is left.Lexicon Criss CrossThe object is to build up complete words of as many letters as possible on a crossword grid. The pack is shuffled and the top card turned face up. A player writes that letter in any square on the grid. The second card is turned face up, and again, entered on a square (once they have been entered, their position cannot be altered). This continues until all 25 letters are on the grid,
